10% Off Return Trip Promotion

This promotion applies to customers who book a return trip with MyTaxiBuddy and confirm both pickup and return services.
Customers enjoy a ten percent discount on the fare of the return trip only.
To qualify for the discount, customers must book the return trip at the same time as the initial pickup.
This offer remains valid until further notice and is subject to availability.
The discount covers only the fare of the return trip and excludes extra charges such as waiting time or additional stops.
In addition, this promotion is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
MyTaxiBuddy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at its discretion and without prior notice.

This promotion is available to customers who make a single booking for at least five rides or services with MyTaxiBuddy.
Customers receive a five percent discount on the total fare for the group booking.
To qualify for the discount, the total booking value must reach RM700 or more and all rides must be booked together within the same reservation.
This offer remains valid until further notice and is subject to availability.
The discount applies only to the total fare and excludes extra charges such as waiting time or additional stops.
Moreover, this promotion is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.

This offer applies to customers who make a booking with MyTaxiBuddy and choose to place a 30% deposit.
Customers who pay this deposit enjoy a waiver of the International Currency Charges, which are normally 4.3%, for the deposit amount. However, the remaining 70% paid via Stripe remains subject to the standard International Currency Charges of 4.3%.
To qualify, customers must pay the 30% deposit at the time of booking confirmation, and payment must be made through Stripe or another approved method.

This waiver applies only to the deposit portion, and balance payments are charged according to Stripe’s international fee rates.

At MyTaxiBuddy, we strive to provide transparent and fair pricing. Certain additional charges apply in the following situations:

A midnight surcharge applies to bookings made between 11.00 P.M. and 7.00 A.M., and the amount varies depending on the vehicle type.
Bookings to or from countryside or rural areas outside MyTaxiBuddy’s standard service zones incur an additional surcharge. This surcharge depends on the distance and is calculated based on the location, and full details are provided at the time of booking.
Additional waiting time charges apply when the waiting time at the pickup location exceeds the specified limit. The standard waiting time is 30 minutes, after which a rate of RM 1 per minute is charged.
